Are these the right FAQs for my TPC Gift Card?

To get you to the right place for assistance, please review the terms on the back of your card or on your eGift/digital gift card.

If your Gift Card number starts with 08, you are in the right place! These Gift Cards are distributed and serviced by TGCM TPCN.

All other TPC Gift Cards have the same redemption conditions and can be serviced by emailing giftcards@pgatourtpc.com.

How can I order a Gift Card for myself or as a gift?

How do I redeem my TPC Gift Card?

TPC Gift Cards can be redeemed in the United States at authorized TPC Clubs. TPC Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online for merchandise and cannot be used to make online reservations unless made directly through the TPC website. Details on participating TPC Clubs are as follows:

Daily Fee / Resort Clubs - Gift Cards may be used on merchandise, food & beverage and golf fees. Cannot be used at Marriott hotel partners. List of Clubs:

- *TPC Scottsdale (*not valid in Stadium Clubhouse restaurant)
- *TPC San Antonio (*not valid on food & beverage)
Private Clubs - for Members or sponsored guests only; Gift Cards may be used on merchandise, food & beverage and golf fees. List of Clubs:

Gift Cards are not valid towards vacation packages or on PGATOURFanShop.com.

Restrictions may apply during some PGA TOUR Tournaments. Check with the TPC Club for details.

Why is my Gift Card getting denied when I try to order merchandise on the TPC website?

The TPC Gift Card is not redeemable for online purchases of merchandise. You can purchase merchandise from the Club Golf Shops when you visit one of the participating Clubs.

Can I use my TPC Gift Card online for Golf Reservations?

If you book directly with TPC, using their website link, then you can use the TPC Gift Card for your golf reservation.

If you book your rounds of golf with our TPC Vacations team for “Stay and Play”, then the TPC Gift Card cannot be used. Our Marriott Golf Partners do not accept the TPC Gift Card.

Does the TPC Gift Card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?

TPC Gift Cards distributed by TGCM TPCN do not expire or incur any fees.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Gift Card balances can be checked at the TPC Gift Card page by clicking "Check Balance": https://tpc.com/gift-cards/.

How can I request a refund for my TPC Gift Card if it has a low balance?

Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your TPC Gift Card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact tpc@giftcardassistance.com to request a refund.

How can I request a replacement on a lost, stolen or damaged TPC Gift Card?

To request a replacement or report a lost or stolen card, please contact tpc@giftcardassistance.com.

What if I have any other issues with my Gift Card, my Gift Card order information or if I ordered the wrong type of Gift Card?

How can I order a Gift Card for TPC Colorado, TPC Treviso Bay, or TPC Toronto?

Please contact these Clubs by calling the Clubs directly. Only Clubs listed as participating locations are currently accepting the TPC Gift Card. See the list above on this page.

Can I use my TPC Gift Card at the WM Phoenix Open (at TPC Scottsdale)?

The TPC Gift Card is accepted when you visit the PGA TOUR Merchandise Tent opened to the public during PGA TOUR tournaments at the participating Clubs.

We recommend you contact the Club prior to tournament week to confirm where you can use the Gift Card.
